About Aader Foundation
ADDER is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that has been working since 2021 to empower rural and urban India through education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihood development. ADDER has networks in various development areas, with allied sector professionals across India, and acts as a bridge between communities and other stakeholders, including governments, large development organizations, and corporate entities. This is achieved through field implementation projects that integrate ICT for efficiency and scale.
At Aader, our philosophy revolves around the concept of continuous improvement. A significant part of our social work focuses on women and children. We promote gender equality, access to education and healthcare, and the development of children's social and emotional skills. Our target groups are women, children, and youth from marginalized communities. At Aader, we follow a rights-based approach. We believe in the importance of a healthy mind in a healthy body. We advocate for social and economic empowerment, adopt a sustainable approach, and harness the power of youth to drive change.
