Founder & Director
Pratyush Gauraav
Pratyush is a seasoned development professional with over 8 years of dedicated experience towards the upliftment of marginalized sections of the society. He is a voracious change agent and a post-graduate in Rural Management, from XISS, Ranchi. Desirous of upgrading his skills he later pursued a PGCBM from XLRI and ECP in Operations management and a green belt in Six Sigma from IIM Raipur. He has been dabbled in development of the diaspora of Bihar through association with BRLPS, Government of Bihar. Pratyush has extensively operationalized development indicators through social mobilization, capacity building and livelihood promotion. Back in the state capital Patna for more than 5 years, he has been actively involved at the state level for partnership actions through knowledge management, advocacy, governance, consulting and multi- stakeholder management. Moreover, working with Women Development Corporation he has expertise of women status, domestic violence, human rights, child protection and their rights-based approach towards a better Bihar. He is a strong believer in dispersing knowledge and experience in bringing change and with the intention he has written papers which were published in many esteemed journals like World Bank, FAO, IFAD and others. Pratyush has been instrumental in designing research tools, formulating strategies and building campaigns. He has sound Political knowledge and has keen interest to work in democratic processes

Beautey Kumari
Beautey is a seasoned development professional with over 6 years of working experience with NGOs across India. She has worked in the health and nutrition, child rights and livelihood promotion in rural, tribal and urban slums. Beautey is a Microbiolgy graduate from the University of Delhi and was awarded the gold medal during her post-graduate diploma in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service. Additionally, she was awarded a scholarship to attend a 3-month Anubhav Lecture Series in New Delhi being conducted by Harris School of Public Policy, University of Chicago.
Her passion for strengthening the healthcare system by designing evidence-based policies in India took her to one of the leading school in policy, London School of Economics and Political Science, from where she completed her Master's in Global Health Policy. To pursue her master's she was awarded Commonwealth Shared Scholarship, which is a fully-funded and one of the most prestigious scholarships to study in the UK.
With the intention to help others who cannot afford expensive education abroad or for that matter cannot complete their secondary or tertiary education in India she has started a youtube channel named rolled away! https://studio.youtube.com/channel/UCk3qr1H6n0HE7eAc5vOVRjQ/ where she shares about various international and national scholarships and the process of getting through it. She is a strong believer in quality education towards changing not only one's life but overall mentally of a society.

Rashmi Sharma
Rashmi Sharma is a dynamic and passionate management graduate who has dedicated herself to the service of women and children. With a strong academic background and a deep sense of social responsibility, Rashmi strives to make a positive impact in her community and beyond.
Her management education has equipped her with valuable skills in leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving, which she utilizes to drive meaningful change. However, her true passion lies in empowering women and children, and she has made it her life's mission to work towards improving their lives through various initiatives.
Rashmi is actively involved in social welfare projects that focus on education, health, and safety for women and children. She advocates for women's rights, strives to enhance access to resources, and works tirelessly to create a better future for the most vulnerable members of society.
Driven by a deep desire to contribute positively to society, Rashmi is constantly seeking ways to expand her impact. Whether it is through raising awareness, organizing workshops, or collaborating with like-minded organizations, she remains steadfast in her commitment to serving the community and creating opportunities for those in need.
Her ability to blend her professional skills with her passion for social causes makes her a role model for others who wish to make a difference. Treasurer
Ajit Yadav
Mr. Ajit Yadav advocate for athletics and a strong promoter of environmental sustainability and education. With a deep commitment to India's athletic future, he firmly believes that Indian athletes have the potential to excel on the global stage and secure international medals.
In addition to his athletic and advocacy work, Mr. Yadav's academic credentials are exemplary. He holds a Ph.D. and has earned three master's degrees: An MA in Applied Psychology (Gold Medal), MA Journalism & Mass Communication, MA Social Work. He is Indian School of Democracy TGP Fellow- 2021-2022. He has served as the Former Project Head- of UP, The Aangan Trust Mumbai. He has presented a total of 31 papers and has 39 articles published. He has several awards to his name, including Frontline Defender to ending human trafficking Awardee 2020, Nehru Youth Awardee -2010, and National Youth Icon Awardee -2021. He has conducted seven research projects so far.
Mr. Yadav has played a key role in shaping outreach programs and strategies in Uttar Pradesh, working to foster both social welfare and sustainable development in the realm of athletics. He is currently helping in strategy and outreach programs in Uttar Pradesh. He has also been the treasurer of the AADER Foundation since January 2022.
