Pooja Singh Baghel
Pooja Singh Baghel is a highly experienced professional with 11 years in the field of human resource policies, motivation, and development. Her background in management complements her strong passion for women’s empowerment and social work. Her focus areas include education, healthcare, women's employment, and the future livelihoods of adolescent girls. She emphasizes the importance of education, particularly for girls in underserved communities, to equip them with the skills needed for a brighter future.
Her advocacy extends to women's health, where she promotes better access to healthcare services, with a special emphasis on maternal and adolescent care. Additionally, Pooja is committed to promoting women's economic independence by creating and supporting employment opportunities and advocating for workplace equality.
Pooja’s work empowers adolescent girls through education, leadership training, and vocational skills, aiming to break the cycle of poverty. Through her efforts, she envisions a future in which women are empowered in every aspect of society, creating lasting, positive change for both women and their communities.

Dr. Antra Singh
Dr. Antra Singh is a highly dedicated and impactful researcher in the fields of education, employability, gender equality and social development. Her dedication to social causes and multifaceted contributions to academia and community welfare are truly inspiring. She is deeply committed to important social issues that can have a transformative impact on communities.
She is known for her impactful work in empowering youth and women. She is awarded Post-Doctoral Research from Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). Dr. Singh is an Assistant Professor (visiting) at Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women (SRCASW), Delhi University, Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) and Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW). She has authored two books, including Enhancing Employability Skills for Empowerment of Girls and Young Women (2021), and published numerous peer-reviewed articles. Her research spans employability, gender and youth empowerment, with contributions to prestigious international and national conferences. Dr. Singh is actively involved in various academic associations.
As a member of various academic and professional associations, Dr. Singh has been invited as a speaker on crucial topics such as employability, gender-based violence and youth empowerment. Through her unwavering dedication to both research and community service, Dr. Singh continues to make significant contributions toward social and academic change.

Khushboo Rani Verma
Khushboo Rani Verma is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in leadership, management, and communication. She holds a Master's degree in Political Science with a specialization in Public Policy and International Relations from Memorial University and a Master's degree in International Management from Strathclyde University (UK). Additionally, she has obtained certifications such as the Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) and the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP), which further enhance her expertise. Khushboo's extensive management experience, combined with her passion for social work, inspires her commitment to making a lasting and empowering social impact.

Ajit Yadav
Mr. Ajit Yadav advocate for athletics and a strong promoter of environmental sustainability and education. With a deep commitment to India's athletic future, he firmly believes that Indian athletes have the potential to excel on the global stage and secure international medals.
In addition to his athletic and advocacy work, Mr. Yadav's academic credentials are exemplary. He holds a Ph.D. and has earned three master's degrees: An MA in Applied Psychology (Gold Medal), MA Journalism & Mass Communication, MA Social Work. He is Indian School of Democracy TGP Fellow- 2021-2022. He has served as the Former Project Head- of UP, The Aangan Trust Mumbai. He has presented a total of 31 papers and has 39 articles published. He has several awards to his name, including Frontline Defender to ending human trafficking Awardee 2020, Nehru Youth Awardee -2010, and National Youth Icon Awardee -2021. He has conducted seven research projects so far.
Mr. Yadav has played a key role in shaping outreach programs and strategies in Uttar Pradesh, working to foster both social welfare and sustainable development in the realm of athletics. He is currently helping in strategy and outreach programs in Uttar Pradesh. He has also been the treasurer of the AADER Foundation since January 2022.

Pratyush Gauraav
Pratyush is an experienced development professional with over 11 years of dedicated work focused on uplifting marginalized communities. He is a passionate change agent and holds a post-graduate degree in Rural Management from XISS, Ranchi. In his pursuit of further enhancing his skills, Pratyush earned a PGCBM from XLRI, an Executive Certificate in Operations Management, and a Green Belt in Six Sigma from IIM Raipur.
Pratyush has made significant contributions to the development of Bihar's diaspora through his association with the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS), Government of Bihar. He has played a key role in implementing development indicators through social mobilization, capacity building, and livelihood promotion initiatives.
For over five years, he has been actively involved at the state level in partnership development, focusing on knowledge management, advocacy, governance, consulting, and multi-stakeholder management. His work with the Women Development Corporation has furthered his expertise in issues related to women's status, domestic violence, human rights, child protection, and a rights-based approach to improving lives in Bihar.
A strong believer in sharing knowledge and experience to bring about positive change, Pratyush has authored papers published in esteemed journals such as the World Bank, FAO, and IFAD. He has been instrumental in designing research tools, formulating strategies, and building impactful campaigns. With a deep understanding of political processes, Pratyush has a keen interest in democratic systems and their role in fostering development.

Beautey Kumari
Beautey is a seasoned development professional with over 6 years of working experience with NGOs across India. She has worked in the health and nutrition, child rights and livelihood promotion in rural, tribal and urban slums. Beautey is a Microbiolgy graduate from the University of Delhi and was awarded the gold medal during her post-graduate diploma in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service. Additionally, she was awarded a scholarship to attend a 3-month Anubhav Lecture Series in New Delhi being conducted by Harris School of Public Policy, University of Chicago.
Her passion for strengthening the healthcare system by designing evidence-based policies in India took her to one of the leading school in policy, London School of Economics and Political Science, from where she completed her Master's in Global Health Policy. To pursue her master's she was awarded Commonwealth Shared Scholarship, which is a fully-funded and one of the most prestigious scholarships to study in the UK.
With the intention to help others who cannot afford expensive education abroad or for that matter cannot complete their secondary or tertiary education in India she has started a Youtube channel named rolled away! https://studio.youtube.com/channel/UCk3qr1H6n0HE7eAc5vOVRjQ/ where she shares about various international and national scholarships and the process of getting through it. She is a strong believer in quality education towards changing not only one's life but overall mentally of a society.

Rashmi Sharma
Rashmi Sharma is a dynamic and passionate management graduate who has dedicated herself to the service of women and children. With a strong academic background and a deep sense of social responsibility, Rashmi strives to make a positive impact in her community and beyond.
Her management education has equipped her with valuable skills in leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving, which she utilizes to drive meaningful change. However, her true passion lies in empowering women and children, and she has made it her life's mission to work towards improving their lives through various initiatives.
Rashmi is actively involved in social welfare projects that focus on education, health, and safety for women and children. She advocates for women's rights, strives to enhance access to resources, and works tirelessly to create a better future for the most vulnerable members of society.
Driven by a deep desire to contribute positively to society, Rashmi is constantly seeking ways to expand her impact. Whether it is through raising awareness, organizing workshops, or collaborating with like-minded organizations, she remains steadfast in her commitment to serving the community and creating opportunities for those in need.

Dr Seema Chowdhary
Dr. Seema Chowdhary is a highly regarded obstetrician and gynecologist at Aster DM Healthcare in Dubai, bringing over two decades of expertise to her practice. She earned recognition as a gold medalist, honored by former President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam for her outstanding achievements in medicine. With a master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellowship in Clinical Embryology, Dr. Seema has touched the lives of countless women, guiding them through the journey to parenthood and bringing happiness to their lives.
Outside her medical practice, Dr. Seema actively engages in fitness programs and yoga, embodying a holistic approach to health. Her leadership and unwavering pursuit of excellence have garnered deep respect within the healthcare community.
She has a strong background in teaching and training students, staff, and the general public, sharing her expertise through various public and governmental platforms. She has also recently won Indian Women Awards in Dubai in the Doctors Category.
Mentor

Jurugo Roberts Ali Duku
A medical doctor and a public Health Specialist with over seven years of experience in clinical and public health settings ranging from Humanitarian to Health Systems development programs.
A graduate of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), he has developed a keen passion for Economic Health Policy. He is a proponent of Universal Health Coverage.
Over the last seven years in Health Programs, he harnessed an excellent working relationship with donors, government, and cluster agencies through a vast knowledge in Emergency preparedness and response, Epidemiology, Project Management and Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation.
His previous positions helped in garnering invaluable experience in program management, Routine Immunizations, Health systems in LMICS, emergency Health and Nutrition (Primary Health, NCD/NTDs, Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS, Gender-Based Violence Management, Communicable Diseases), program management and extensive working knowledge of International Health Regulation, IHR (2005) within the context of Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR).
He prides himself on extensive working knowledge of the Minimal Initial Service Pack (MISP) of Emergency Reproductive Health, Emergency Preparedness and Response, Immunisations, and Health systems strengthening in the developing world.

He has worked in Yes Bank in the advisory team manging several zones. He has also worked in GIZ, CWT.NBHC,NCMSL in Mumbai. He has worked on large scale projects as National consultant in Tripura and several agribusiness projects across India. He has specialisation in Government and private sector relations. commodity finance, agribusiness consulting and investment summits.

Jagriti Jaisawal
Jagriti comes with a diverse experience in Science & Technology, Banking and Finance. An alumna from Banaras Hindu University and Delhi University, she served in State Bank Group in India before moving to Mexico. Later, she earned her MBA from IPADE Business School, Mexico City and is currently working with a pharma company in its Venture Capital Department. Dr Sumit K Sharma
Dr Sumeet has more than 9 years of experience in microbiological, enzyme technology, proteomics and molecular biology. He is actively involved in taking seminars, laboratory training and experimental demonstration to M.D., M.Sc and JRF students at AIIMS, New Delhi. He has a Doctoral research on In vitro studies on molecular mechanisms of metabolic syndrome and understanding its pathophysiology at Dept. of Pathology, AIIMS, New Delhi, India.

Dr Chandan
Dr Chandan has strong analytical and interpersonal skills and has undergone rigorous training and acquired professional skills while working with multiple organizations in different aspects of public health. His interest areas are health policy and system research, public health in disaster, public health emergency, monitoring, evaluation and research. He has PhD and MPhil from JNU, New Delhi backed by MA in Social work from TISS Mumbai.
